Chocolate Dipped Peep Pops Recipe:
3 packages Peep bunnies
1 bag Wilton candy melts
– Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
– Melt about half of the chocolate according to the directions on the package. Gently dip the Peep bunny about half way into the chocolate, then gently tap off the excess chocolate.
– Generously coat the chocolate with the sprinkles, then carefully place the Peep on the parchment paper to harden and set up – about 1 hour at room temperature.
Once the chocolate has hardened, gently insert a lollipop stick in the bottom of the Peep.
– Store the pops in a plastic bag or airtight container.
